NewDad

Following the success of their debut EP Waves, indie stars-in-the-making NewDad grew more ambitious sonically on their sophomore release, and looked to reflect this in their visuals.
Dreamlike, ethereal and nostalgic are words often used to describe the band's sound. The video for the title track, Banshee, translated these qualities onto film.
Inspired by 8mm home movies, footage was captured impromptu at Lahinch beach. Each frame was printed, scanned and stitched back together, with each misprint and moment of serendipity incorporated into the final result.
